Join Steph on select Sundays throughout 2025 as she opens her cutting garden and glasshouses to flower lovers.

Celebrate the beauty of each season’s flowers while learning to arrange, create or grow your own from seed. These workshops focus on sustainable floristry, using only reusable or compostable mechanics—no throwaway materials are used.

What’s Included:

• A guided garden tour with tips on picking and conditioning flowers.

• A demonstration by Steph to create a stunning seasonal arrangement or bouquet.

• All materials to create your own flowery creation to take home. You may wish to bring a notebook and your own water bottle.

• Homemade cake and refreshments. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Optional Add-On: Available to Purchase on the Day

Take home even more flowers.  Add a "Pick Your Own" bucket for £30 (35 stems). Bring your own bucket or purchase one for £2.50 to keep your flowers fresh and transport home.

• 23rd March: Seed Sowing
  Begin your cut flower journey with guidance on growing and nurturing seedlings. Take home your own seedlings to grow on and plant out, whether you have a garden, balcony, or pots.

• 27th April: Spring Bowl Arrangement
  Create a stunning table centerpiece using sustainable mechanics.

• 18th May: Bouquet Making
  Perfect the hand-tied bouquet technique, from spiral stems to wrapping and finishing touches.

• 29th June: Summer Table Styling
  Design conversation friendly floral arrangements for summer parties and weddings using jam jars and bud vase arrangements.

• 27th July: Floral Crowns and Boutonnieres
  Create an elegant floral crown and boutonniere for special occasions.

• 31st August: Dahlia Arrangement
  Pick your dahlias and make a beautiful arrangement to take home.

• 28th September: Everlasting Bouquets
  Create long-lasting bouquets with dried flowers, seed pods, and grasses.

• 30th November: Christmas Wreath
  Design a festive wreath using a mix of dried and fresh materials.

Dress for changes in temperature and please wear closed toe shoes for walking around the site.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend a course you have booked and paid for:

If we receive 8 weeks notice or more we will refund 85% of the cost of your course.

If we receive more than 4 weeks notice we will transfer you to another suitable course of the same value as agreed with you. If no alternative is available we will keep a credit on your account for a future course.

If we receive less than 4 weeks notice: we are unable to offer a refund or transfer as we have inadequate time to re-sell the place. A friend or family member is welcome to attend in your place. Please provide us with their name, dietary requirements and contact email address/phone number as soon as possible prior to the course date.
